July 26th 6:12pm - Case No. 3642813 - Petty Theft - Suspect was believed to be concealing merchandise on their person. LP officer was notified and apprehended the assailant. Suspect was taken to backroom LP office for searching and questioning. Suspect was given a chance to come clean, but did not cooperate. Strip search was then commenced and LP officer handled the situation locally without police involvement.Evidence logged July 26, 2017.
