Description: January 24th 7:12pm - Case # 1991252 - Suspect was combative and had to be restrained. Suspect was known to flee the scene of previous thefts. Police involvement was imminent. Suspect asked to please have their hand unrestrained in order to persuade the LP officer to enact alternate forms of punishment. Situation was handled locally in store and police were not called.
